Chronic articular rheumatism, degenerative changes, polyneuritis.
Anti-inflammatory, astringent, bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects; moisturizing and visibly smoothing (reduces follicular hyperkeratosis of the epidermis, mainly on the thighs). In this variant, a special brine body mask is additionally applied.

Chronic articular rheumatism, degenerative changes, polyneuritis.
This is the oldest massage method, based on rhythmic application and release of pressure on soft tissues using specific manual techniques, moving from the outer parts of the body toward the center.

Lymphatic massage involves gentle, rhythmic pressure designed to stimulate the flow of lymph through the lymphatic system. Movements are performed toward the nearest lymph nodes, where lymph is filtered and cleansed.
Indications
- improves lymph circulation,
- speeds up the regeneration process,

This is a manual foot massage that helps relieve pain by applying pressure to sensitive nerve endings.

Therapeutic Treatments
These are interferential currents generated within the tissues, which requires the use of two separate currents. In Nemec current therapy, we use two interference fields: static and dynamic. Interferential currents may help reduce pain, decrease sympathetic nerve tension, and improve tissue nourishment and oxygenation.
Indications
- Pain: helps relieve spine and joint pain, neuralgia, headaches and migraines, as well as menstrual pain.
- Inflammation: supportive in inflammation of tissues and tendons, and in intra-articular effusions.
- Injuries & overload: supports recovery after injuries and surgeries and in muscle overload, including conditions such as sciatica or enthesopathies (e.g., tennis elbow).
- Degenerative diseases: used in the treatment of degenerative conditions of the spine and joints.
- Muscles & nerves: supports recovery in muscle atrophy and weakness, as well as in paresis and nerve damage.
The treatment involves placing an inhaler mask over the nose and mouth and inhaling water vapor. Inhalations help loosen mucus and make it easier to cough up.
Indications

Introducing medicinal substances into tissues using the forces of an electric field.
Indications
- softening of scars,
- anti-inflammatory,
- pain-relieving,
- bacteriostatic
Cold therapy involves locally lowering the temperature of muscle, skin, and joint tissues. Even a short session of 30 seconds to 2 minutes can reduce pain, while a longer application of about 20–25 minutes has primarily an anti-inflammatory effect.
Indications
- acute and chronic joint inflammation,
- spine pain syndromes and neuralgia,
- Parkinson’s disease,
- post-accident injuries such as sprains, dislocations, and burns.

Light therapy involves the therapeutic and preventive use of visible light radiation as well as invisible infrared and ultraviolet radiation. Its natural source is the sun (heliotherapy), while artificial sources include various types of generators. Combining a Sollux lamp with chromotherapy helps enhance the therapeutic effects of the light treatment. Each color produces a different effect on the human body. Detailed information is provided by the rehabilitation staff.
Indications
- neuralgia,
- chronic inflammation of muscles and joints,
- delayed wound healing,
- rheumatic diseases in remission,
- sciatica,
- lumbago (lower back “shooting” pain),
- discopathy (disc disorders),
- injuries and trauma of the musculoskeletal system.
A laser-generated beam of monochromatic visible or infrared light penetrates deep into the tissues, activating the body’s natural defense and repair mechanisms. The fastest effects include reduced or eliminated pain, anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling action, faster wound healing, and support for the effectiveness of pharmacological treatments.
Indications
- musculoskeletal disorders,
- post-surgical and post-traumatic scars,
- bacterial infections,
- pressure sores (bedsores),
- burns,
- diseases of venous and lymphatic vessels.

Whirlpool massage is one of the most popular treatments used in rehabilitation. By using the properties of the water environment—temperature and the swirling motion created by water jets—it delivers excellent therapeutic effects for many conditions. Depending on the water temperature, it can provide warming and relaxation, or, when cold water is used, help reduce inflammation and relieve pain. A disinfecting agent used during the whirlpool bath can also significantly support the treatment of certain types of wounds by gently disinfecting and cleansing them (so-called debridement) and stimulating healing.
