Here we have gathered answers to the questions most frequently asked by our Guests. Our aim is to provide you with complete information before your arrival to ensure a comfortable stay at our hotel. If you do not find the answer you are looking for, we encourage you to contact the reception directly here — we are happy to assist.
Parking
| The hotel has no private parking spaces. Our area is covered by the Downtown Paid Parking Zone, so parking on Żeromskiego Street and neighbouring streets is paid 24/7, all week. A day ticket (8:00–22:00) costs PLN 120 in season (May–September) and PLN 80 off-season (October–April); at night (22:00–8:00), the fee is PLN 1 per hour of parking. Alternatively, you can leave your car in a paid, guarded car park approximately 100 m from the hotel. |
| Yes. Approximately 100 metres from the hotel, there is a paid, guarded car park where you can safely leave your car. However, it is not possible to reserve a space in advance. This is a convenient alternative to street parking within the Downtown Paid Parking Zone. |
Cure Stays
| Yes. Boutique Residence Irys is a facility adapted for spa stays and rehabilitation stays – treatments are available year-round. We offer guests our own treatment center supervised by trained physiotherapists: a wide range of therapeutic treatments in physiotherapy (including magnetotherapy, laser therapy, ultrasound, cryotherapy, Sollux lamp, peat compresses) and medicinal baths (brine, peat, algae-thermal). The Wellness zone is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. |
| Yes. Our offers include stay packages combining accommodation, meals, and treatments booked at reservation. Recommended are the "Relax by the Sea with Meals and Treatments" package (breakfast and dinner, 5 nights) and "Senior Holidays with Therapy" package (breakfast and dinner, min. 7 nights). Options include classic massage (45 PLN/10 min), relaxation massage (220 PLN/60 min), aromatherapy massage (240 PLN/60 min), deep tissue massage, foot reflexology, hot stone massage, hot candle and chocolate massages, plus lymphatic and anti-cellulite (BOA) massages, and face, neck, and décolleté massages.
